The video is not correct and seems to buffer. What's wrong?
You may be experiencing network congestion -- that is, too much data traveling on your Internet connection. Try closing any other Internet related applications (browsers, email, etc...). If you're using a 28.8 modem, consider upgrading to a faster 56k modem, DSL or Cable modem. Also, try setting the buffering on your Windows Media Player to 30 seconds.
 |
- On a Windows computer, click START, select Accessories, then Entertainment, then Windows Media Player.
- Next, click Views, Options, Advanced, Change, and where it says "Buffer- 5 seconds" change the 5 to 30. Then click OK.

NOTICE: for users who users who have trouble with the Windows Media player not being able to connect or start the stream
The Windows Media player requires that your browser accept third-party cookies in order to start the stream. Some users have reported that the player opens but displays "connecting" and does not start to stream. After they adjusted their browser settings to accept cookies they were able to connect.
 |
For Internet Explorer 6.0, you can set the Privacy tab to "Medium High" to protect your self from malicious cookies but still connect to the stream.
If you have a third-party program that blocks cookies, try disabling it temporarily before launching the Windows Media player.
|
NOTICE: for users of personal firewall software who are having trouble connecting to the Windows Media stream
If you use a program such as Norton Internet Security that acts as a firewall then you may have problems connecting to our Windows Media stream. If you try to connect, you may see it buffering at 0% without connecting or it may just stay at "connecting".
